Ignatian Yoga Retreat at Transfiguration
Join Tracey Bors, from the McQuaid faculty, as she guides us on a morning of retreat centered on the last days of Jesus. Our prayer experience will include gentle movement, breath work, journaling, and reflection on the Lenten texts.
